We create the story, personalize the mystery around your guest list, prepare the grazing spread, style your space, and provide the characters, clues, evidence and host materials that carry the experience from beginning to end.

HOW YOUR SOIRÉE COMES TO LIFE

Begin your soirée by choosing a theme from our Collection — each with its own story, characters and atmosphere. Share your preferred date, location and a few details about your celebration.

Once your soirée is reserved, we’ll gather the few details we need — your guest information, any dietary considerations and confirmation of your experience menu. Then, we get to work bringing everything together.

Your guests are welcomed into the world of the soirée before they ever step through the door. We manage the invitation and RSVP experience, then thoughtfully prepare each guest’s personalized character materials — including their role in the story, character details, style and dress inspiration, and everything they need to arrive ready to play their part.

While your guests prepare for their roles, we bring every part of the experience together. The mystery is tailored to your final guest list, with character details, clues, evidence and a host guide prepared specifically for your gathering.
We plan your grazing spread from start to finish — selecting the menu, shopping for ingredients, preparing each offering and coordinating the presentation with your chosen Collection. Final selections are confirmed with you ahead of your soirée, so everything is thoughtfully planned before the day arrives.
We also prepare the styling and décor that will transform your space, bringing the atmosphere of your chosen Collection into your home.
Food and ingredients are billed separately at actual cost, with no markup.

Before the soirée, we make sure you know exactly how the experience will unfold. You’ll receive your host guide with the evening’s flow, when and how to introduce clues and evidence, and everything you need to confidently lead the mystery through the final reveal.

On the day of your soirée, we arrive ahead of your guests to style your space, arrange the grazing spread, place the mystery materials and complete the finishing details. When we leave, everything is ready for you to welcome your guests and begin the evening.

With every detail in place, it’s time to welcome your guests. Using the host materials we’ve prepared with you, you’ll guide a few key moments throughout the mystery while enjoying the soirée alongside everyone else. Your guests play their characters, follow the clues and uncover the secrets — until it’s time for you to lead the final reveal.
Mystery will take approximately 2-3 hours to unfold.

Once the final secret has been revealed and the last guest has gone home, simply set aside the reusable Secrets & Soirées pieces. We’ll arrange their pickup after your event, making the return of our styling and service pieces effortless. General event cleanup remains with the host.

Secrets & Soirées events are carefully designed for intimate gatherings of 12–24 guests (not including the host), with food quantities and ingredient costs adjusted to your final guest count.
YOUR HOME
Every home is different — and that’s part of what makes each soirée unique. During planning, we’ll ask for a few details and photos of your gathering space so we can thoughtfully design the setup around your home.
THE SPREAD
Your grazing menu is thoughtfully designed by Secrets & Soirées and included as part of the experience planning. We’ll collect dietary information ahead of your event and discuss any necessary adjustments.
Food and ingredients are billed separately at actual cost, with no markup.
BEVERAGES
Each soirée includes a selection of self-serve specialty mocktails designed to complement the gathering. Alcohol is not provided, though hosts are welcome to supply their own spirits if they wish.

Secrets & Soirées serves select communities throughout the greater Milwaukee area and surrounding southeastern Wisconsin.
Because every experience is created within a private home, availability is confirmed based on event location. Share your zip code when you inquire, and we’ll let you know if your soirée is within our current service area.

For the most thoughtful experience, we recommend reaching out well in advance of your preferred event date. Once your soirée is reserved, we’ll guide you through the timing for guest information, RSVPs and everything we’ll need along the way.
EXPERIENCE PRICING

Secrets & Soirées experiences are priced per event — not per guest — designed for private gatherings of 12–24 guests (not including host).
$3,000 Professional Experience Fee
Your experience includes the creative planning and production of your soirée from beginning to end: personalized mystery development, guest communication, digital invitations and RSVP management, character assignments and materials, clues and evidence, host guidance, grazing preparation, specialty non-alcoholic beverages, themed styling and décor, setup, and all of the finishing details that bring the evening together.
*Food & ingredients are separate from the professional experience fee and are billed at actual cost, with no markup. Final food costs are based on your guest count and any dietary considerations.
